超博与其合作代理伙伴均需有丰富的建造浮台的技术与经验。 超博深入了解浮码头的浮台与锚碇系统间的配合与它们之间协调的重要性 一个良好的浮码头整体生产计划，须有优良的设计和可快速制造的工作程序来指导整个浮码头生产系统，包含将要使用的构建组配件规格型号，零件的有效快速检查方法，以及如何能顺利将大批量的组件传送到工作现场，又能不混乱的进行流畅组装。
超博安装程序的简要概述如下:
1. Planning the Project and determine specifications
2. Selection of anchors model and design the concrete anchor size shape and structure
3. Delivery and setup of the Floats, Superflex stands, and mooring lines or chain with shackles
4. Connection of whole system components
5. Install every SuperFlex mooring line with initial pretension stress request , if it is meet the civil engineer design
calculation, after the 5 ~ 7 days of whole Install completed, or after hurricane attack, check & re-adjust it if necessary.
